Welcome to the Octave Choir website. We are an SATB choir and always on the lookout for new people to join us and sing.
Based in Ainsdale, Southport, Octave Choir performs a variety of music from choral arrangements, Disney, pop, show tunes, light classical, folk and spirituals. Most of our performances take place in the Southport area and raise money for various charitable causes such as Alderhey, SSAFA and Sefton Women and Children Aid (SWACA).
After the tragic events in Southport in 2024 the choir took part in a cover of one of Taylor Swift’s songs for ‘Southport Together in Song’ to direct traffic to the various fundraisers for the families involved. The video amassed over 75k hits on Facebook and can be seen on YouTube.
